2. What this policy covers

This policy covers the website chatfindx.com. When a business uses the Chat Find X platform to talk to its own customers, that business is the controller of its customers' data and we act as its processor, under the service agreement.

3. Data we collect

Sign-up form: name, email, WhatsApp number, company, team size and the message you write.
WhatsApp: if you click to talk to us on WhatsApp, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp (Meta) and we receive your number and the messages you send.
Technical data: IP address and browser information, used for security and to prevent abuse. Your language choice is stored only in your own browser.
Campaign measurement: only if you accept cookies — Google (Analytics/Ads) and Meta tags, together with campaign parameters in the link (such as utm, gclid and fbclid).

4. Why we use it and on what legal basis

To answer your request and set up your account — steps prior to a contract and legitimate interest.
To keep the site secure and prevent fraud — legitimate interest.
To measure and improve our campaigns — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
To comply with legal obligations.

5. Who we share it with

Only with providers needed for the purposes above: hosting, email, Meta (WhatsApp, and the Meta Pixel if you consent) and Google (if you consent). We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside your country. When that happens we rely on the safeguards required by Brazil's LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR (such as standard contractual clauses).

7. How long we keep it

Contact data is kept for up to 24 months after our last interaction, or until you ask us to delete it, unless a law requires us to keep it longer. Security logs are kept for short periods.

8. Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, portability, information about sharing, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent by writing to contato@findsales.com.br. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD) or to the authority in your country.

9. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and restricted storage for the data sent through this site.

10. Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to people under 18.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
