1. Acceptance

These terms govern the use of Chat Find X, provided by Forent Teleatendimento LTDA, CNPJ 49.948.246/0001-89. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. A signed proposal or contract prevails over these terms where they differ.

2. The service

Chat Find X is a software-as-a-service platform that brings messaging channels into one shared inbox, with automation and the Captain AI agent. Features and limits depend on the plan chosen. The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page, and every plan is subject to fair use.

3. Your responsibilities

Keep your account information accurate and your credentials confidential.
Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and follow the rules of each channel — including the WhatsApp Business and Meta policies.
Do not send spam or unlawful, misleading or offensive content.
Use the service in line with the data protection laws that apply to your business.

4. Third-party channels

Channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and Telegram are provided by third parties. Their availability, prices and rules are set by those companies and may change without our control.

5. Artificial intelligence

Captain generates answers automatically based on the content and settings you provide. Answers may contain mistakes: you are responsible for configuring, reviewing and supervising the agent's use with your customers.

6. Data protection

For the data of your customers processed in the platform, you are the controller and we act as your processor. We process that data only to provide the service. A data processing agreement is available on request.

7. Fees

Paid plans are charged as stated in the pricing page or in the accepted proposal, plus applicable taxes. Channel costs charged by third parties (for example, WhatsApp conversation fees) may be billed separately.

8. Availability

We work to keep the service available at all times. Availability commitments (SLA) apply only when they are part of a signed contract.

9. Intellectual property

The platform, brand and content of Chat Find X belong to us or to our licensors. Your content remains yours.

10. Suspension and termination

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the rules of the channels, after notice whenever possible.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of Ourinhos/SP have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer rights that cannot be waived.
